House of Friendship is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering connection, learning, and belonging through cultural exchange, education, and community engagement.
We serve as a welcoming space for individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially newcomers and immigrants, who are seeking meaningful connections, practical support, and opportunities for personal and collective growth.

What We Do
House of Friendship offers a wide range of programs designed to support learning, well-being, and community connection, including:

Cultural and literary workshops, such as our Shahnameh Reading Series

Psychology and wellness workshops focused on mental health, migration, and emotional resilience

Career and job-hunting workshops covering resumes, interviews, negotiation, and job search strategies

Educational sessions and consultations in areas such as financial literacy and professional development

Community gatherings and cultural celebrations, including events like Yalda Night and cultural exhibitions
