Session 1 (Part 2): A Perfect Resume

The Job Hunting Workshop Series, organized by House of Friendship, continued with the second part of our first topic — “The Ideal Resume.”
In this session, participants delved deeper into what makes a strong, professional resume stand out in today’s competitive job market. Led by Dr. Hamed Vahabi, freelance career coach and Senior Mechanical Engineer, the workshop focused on fine-tuning the elements of a successful resume and aligning it with specific career goals.

Session 2 (Part 1): Financial Expectiations and Negotiation Strategies


Our Job Hunting Workshop series continued with the first part of “Financial Expectations and Negotiation Strategies,” led by Dr. Hamed Vahabi, Freelance Career Coach and Senior Mechanical Engineer.
In this practical and informative session, participants learned how to approach job offers and salary discussions with confidence and strategy. Dr. Vahabi guided attendees through key topics such as setting realistic financial expectations, identifying fair market value for positions, and developing effective negotiation skills.
The workshop also included real-world examples and interactive discussions, where participants analyzed sample negotiation scripts and explored the do’s and don’ts of salary communication.
